QiGong

1. Two Hands Hold Up the Heavens:

- Inhale, raise both arms overhead.

- Exhale, lower arms in front of the body.

2. Drawing the Bow to Shoot the Eagle:

- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

- Inhale, extend your right arm forward as if holding a bow.

- Exhale, bring your left knee up, and pull back your right arm.

3. Separate Heaven and Earth:

- Inhale, arms rise to shoulder height.

- Exhale, bend at the waist, lowering hands towards the floor.

4. Wise Owl Gazes Backwards:

- Turn your head and torso to the right, inhaling.

- Exhale, return to center.

- Repeat on the left.

5. Big Bear Turns from Side to Side:

- Inhale, raise arms to shoulder height.

- Exhale, twist your torso to the right.

- Inhale, return to center.

- Exhale, twist to the left.

6. Touching Toes and Bending Backwards:

- Inhale, bend at the waist, reaching towards your toes.

- Exhale, arch backward, opening the chest.

7. Shaking the Body to Banish Disease:

- Loosely shake your body, letting go of tension.

- Focus on relaxing your muscles.

8. Two Hands Hold the Feet to Strengthen the Kidneys:

- Inhale, bend forward, reaching towards your toes.

- Exhale, return to an upright position.
