Thank you for being here...

Thank you for being here: it’s a line I love to hear, and a line I love to offer, especially to children, who have gifted us their presence and have a special way of letting us know where their attention lies.

Children who are forced into survival mode for any reason develop a their own nuanced sense of connection, and in exploring presence and relational dynamics through this issue, the thorny, stormy experience of rejection, the evolution of kindness when it has been turned into a tool for protection, when fawning is developed as a way to navigate relational safety, all the myriad ways that the interspace between beings tells the story as it has developed over time - these have popped up into this exploration of how to be in presence and choose connection from a nourished core, and to notice when it has elements of fear or hurt driven foundations.

I like to look on the brighter side of life, but not at the expense of honesty, and in casting my gaze on how humanity is treating the children of the world today, I feel even more driven to prepare spaces where healing can happen. As we navigate loss as a human constellation, I’m drawn more to exploring connection and the ways we nourish our sense of being able to sit with difficult feelings, and choose to stay.

All the information that arises is not to frame a person or decide on a value based structure that confines elements of behaviour or define experiences, but rather be used to steer what happens in the interspace between beings, and allow the feeling of that to base choices on how to navigate future flow.

For me, the next exploration is learning more about the power of Nature and how she breathes, and to find spaces where writing is nourished by her energy - thank you for being here...
